The mission of the Grant County Public Library is to maintain and improve the quality of life for all citizens of our community by providing resources and enjoyable programs to enhance individual knowledge, inspire creativity, and provide enlightenment. The Milbank High School Educational Foundation (MHSEF) is a charitable organization dedicated to furthering education, youth development, and health & human services in our community.
MHSEF raises charitable contributions, and manages the investment of those funds, in order to issue scholarships annually to MHS graduates.
MHSEF also oversees Grant County Combined Appeal, which provides funding to over 20 local organizations who are aligned with our mission.
